Lead Technical Producer

Lead Front-end developer for a business-to-business publishing company supporting over 80 trade publications' web sites and web applications across more than 15 markets. Responsibilities include:

• Leading the implementation of a Drupal 6 base and sub themes for a centralized platform with core functionality, on a multi-site framework with both internal resources and consultants (WardsAuto, Supermarket News, Wealth Management)
• Hiring, managing and mentoring a team of front-end web developers responsible for regular site upgrades, redesigns and application development. Performing regular code reviews and providing annual appraisals to track performance and set objectives

Network Services Manager

Network operations manager overseeing technicians responsible for configuring and supporting complex data network solutions for customers in over 750 office buildings throughout North America. Responsibilities included:

• Managing six networking technicians providing client Internet provisioning and ticket escalations from technical support
• Establishing technical documentation for technical support specialists to decrease ticket resolution time
• Productizing services from webhosting to large scale VPN solutions

Account Executive - Mergers and Acquisitions

As an Account Executive working in the mergers/acquisition group, I managed event and print media logistics for 100+ high profile public and private announcements.
